IAOP Recognizes IBA Group in the GO100 for 12 Years Running
The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®) named IBA Group as one of the world’s top 100 outsourcing service providers for the 12th consecutive year.
On February 20, IAOP unveiled The 2024 Global Outsourcing 100 list honoring IBA Group as a Global Outsourcing 100 company in the Leaders Category. The 2024 Global Outsourcing 100 comprises the world’s best outsourcing service providers and advisors.
The long-term inclusion in the best performing outsourcers list is a great honor for IBA Group. It serves as a recognition of company’s achievements in building partnerships, developing innovations, and supporting sustainability.

Judging is based on a rigorous scoring methodology that includes an independent review by an independent panel of IAOP customer members with extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and advisors for their organizations. The 2024 panel is led by Debi Hamill, IAOP CEO.
