IAOP Recognizes IBA Group in All Categories of The GO100
On June 4, 2020, IAOP® announced the companies named to its 14th annual Global Outsourcing 100® list featured in a special advertising section on outsourcing in the June edition of FORTUNE Magazine. IBA Group is recognized as a Leader and awarded ‘stars’ in all judging categories of the list.
According to IAOP, the outsourcing service providers named to the annual listing of The Global Outsourcing 100 include companies from around the world providing the full spectrum of outsourcing services. All companies demonstrated their global excellence. Stars are awarded for all organizations distinguishing themselves in one or more judging categories.
“Buyers understand there are hundreds of qualified service providers and advisors out there, but what they really need to understand now is what makes each exceptional,” said IAOP CEO, Debi Hamill. “The Global Outsourcing 100 and Excellence in Strategic Partnerships Recognition lists have done just that and we’re proud to recognize these organizations.”
IAOP annually conducts an independent assessment of the capabilities of outsourcing service providers and advisors through a rigorous, opt-in application process, and based on this assessment, publishes The Global Outsourcing 100.
The 2020 judging categories or Sub-Lists include:
- Sustained Excellence (making the list for at least 5 consecutive years)
- All Stars (Achieving a score of 5 or better in each of the judging categories)
- Top Customer References
- Top Awards & Certifications
- Top Programs for Innovation
- Top Programs for Corporate Social Responsibility

Amid Pandemic Stress, Top Outsourcing Partners Offer Reliability, the IAOP’s special advertising feature in the Fortune Magazine says: “In the era of COVID-19, outsourced partnerships are being tested as never before. The crisis highlighted the importance of automation services that companies like IBA Group have been offering for years.
